The Hohenmoorer H5-EX office knife is made to carry out smaller cutting tasks in preparation. Our Damascus Exclusiv models are a real challenge in terms of craftsmanship when it comes to forging and grinding. 176 layers of the finest Damascus flank the cutting layer made of extremely hard and fine carbon steel. The slightly convex grind of the blades is impressive in terms of cutting performance. The handles made of multi-oiled and lightly bushed maple form a wonderful contrast to the great blades.

The beautiful damask pattern is made visible by meticulous hand grinding and subsequent etching. This creates a slightly relief-like and topographical-looking surface, with ever new and unique patterns. Each damask knife is therefore a hand-made unique piece in its pattern and appearance with high standards of functionality, design and charisma.

Enjoy your knife: Keep your knives professionally sharp with strops and water whetstones . Clean your knife under lukewarm water and use a scratch-free dishcloth. Dry thoroughly afterwards to avoid any patina.
