Hohenmoorer Messermanufaktur End-grain board downhill

The ULLEBOSS Downhill is the innovative improvement of the ULLEBOSS end grain cutting board.

A gently sloping cutting surface ends with a radius at the outer edge of the board, so juices and water collect in the area of ​​the board facing away from the user during cutting and can be easily wiped away with a cloth after the cutting and cooking session.

The ULLEBOSS Downhill is a cutting board made of waterproof glued oak end grain. Oak has a germicidal and antibacterial effect, and cutting on the end face of the wood enables an exact, gentle and excellent cutting result without cutting the wood fibers crosswise. Each board is individually constructed from selected oak strips, true to the motto, made by hand.

The ULLEBOSS is 48 x 35 x 5 cm and weighs around 6.8 kg. The wood is coated with linseed oil varnish and beeswax. Four rubber feet screwed on with stainless steel screws ensure a very secure stand. Underneath the "Ulleboss" is a stainless steel GN container into which you can neatly push your cut goods and always have a free work surface. The GN container is included in the delivery. The rubber feet can leave slight marks on the base, these can be easily removed with a little soapy water.
