The H2-D is a real showcase chef's knife with a very impressive 23 cm blade length. With its large and sturdy blade, it is perfect for completing all cutting work in the kitchen quickly and easily. This kitchen knife with a European blade shape is therefore the universal knife for every ambitious "chef" in the kitchen.
Made from 240 layers of the finest carbon steel, it is hand-forged and sharpened with great skill. The H2 is a universal, European knife and at home in many cutting tasks.
The beautiful damask pattern is made visible by meticulous hand grinding and subsequent etching. This creates a slightly relief-like and topographical-looking surface, with ever new and unique patterns. Each damask knife is therefore a hand-made unique piece in its pattern and appearance with high standards of functionality, design and charisma.
