The Hohenmoorer grill knife HGRILL-D-MO is made for cutting large pieces of meat, fish or vegetables cleanly. The blade is made of 240 layers of the finest carbon steel and is hand-forged and ground with great skill. The handle is made of very beautiful bog oak that is over 2,000 years old and has been treated several times with hard oil and sits securely in the hand.
The beautiful damask pattern is made visible by the finest hand grinding and subsequent etching. This creates a slightly relief-like and topographical-looking surface, with ever new and unique patterns. Each damask knife is therefore a hand-made unique piece in its pattern and appearance with high standards of functionality, design and charisma.

Enjoy your knife: Keep your knives professionally sharp with strops and water whetstones . Clean your knife under lukewarm water and use a scratch-free dishcloth. Dry thoroughly afterwards to avoid any patina.
