The Hohenmoorer Messermanufaktur vegetable knife H3-DlL-EG is ideal for cutting all kinds of vegetables and fruit and, thanks to the high cutting edge, putting them directly into the wok or pan in one step.
The blade is hand-forged and ground from the finest carbon steel with a pure iron coating. The dark to black etched cutting layer appears cloudy and has a different vibrancy on each blade due to the handcrafting. The YVO3 loves cutting lots of vegetables and herbs, but it is also no stranger to other cutting tasks.
