The H2-DL is a real showcase chef's knife with a very impressive 23 cm blade length. With its large and sturdy blade, it is perfect for completing all cutting work in the kitchen quickly and easily. This kitchen knife with a European blade shape is therefore the universal knife for every ambitious "chef" in the kitchen.
The blade is hand-forged and ground from the finest carbon steel with a pure iron coating. The dark to black etched cutting layer appears cloudy and has a different vividness on each blade due to the handwork. The YVO2-DL is ideal for all major cutting tasks related to food preparation. Cutting large pieces is very easy with the long, curved and quite high blade. A real chef's knife for private and gastronomic use.
