The H2-EX is a real showcase chef's knife with a very impressive 23 cm blade length. With its large and sturdy blade, it is perfect for completing all cutting work in the kitchen quickly and easily. This kitchen knife with a European blade shape is therefore the universal knife for every ambitious "chef" in the kitchen.
The Hohenmoorer Messermanufaktur Damascus Exclusiv models are a real challenge in terms of craftsmanship when it comes to forging and grinding. 176 layers of the finest Damascus flank the cutting layer made of extremely hard and fine carbon steel. The slightly convex grind of the blades is impressive in terms of cutting performance. The handles made of multi-oiled and slightly bush-hammered maple form a wonderful contrast to the great blades. The H2-EX is a universal chef's and kitchen knife.
The beautiful damask pattern is made visible by meticulous hand grinding and subsequent etching. This creates a slightly relief-like and topographical-looking surface, with ever new and unique patterns. Each damask knife is therefore a hand-made unique piece in its pattern and appearance with high standards of functionality, design and charisma.
Special features:
- Blade made of finest, hand-forged, 176-layer Damascus
